Our Deacons

Bill is a lifelong resident of Northeast Philadelphia.  Administration and Strategic Planning are two of his many God given gifts.  Bill and his wife Lisa have four boys; William III, , Andrew , Jonathan, and Luke.  Bill serves as the Deacon for Financial Administration at Grace Bible Church.  In this role, Bill serves as church treasurer, oversees purchasing activities, implements financial system technology and internal controls, and manages capital and operating budgets.

Paul Strouse was born and raised his whole life in Philadelphia which gives him a concern for the lost of urban areas, particularly Philadelphia. Paul has spent many years overseeing the up keep of facilities and working with the youth at Grace.
